ScheduleSynQ collects your email address and account information when you sign up. We collect uploaded schedule files temporarily to generate comparison reports.
Your email is used to deliver comparison reports and send account-related communications. Uploaded files are processed to generate your comparison report and deleted immediately after delivery. We do not store, archive, or analyze your project files after the report is sent.

Account information (name, email, company, role) is retained while your account is active. Uploaded schedule files are deleted after each comparison report is delivered. We do not maintain a project file archive.
