ScheduleSynQ is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
New accounts include 3 free comparisons with no credit card required. After your 3 free comparisons are used, you will be prompted to subscribe at the listed monthly rate to continue.
You can cancel anytime - no phone calls, no emails required. Go to your account page and click Manage Subscription to cancel through our billing portal. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through your paid period, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were billed in error, email us at support@mybuildkit.com - we review every request and issue refunds at our discretion when it is the right thing to do.
If pricing ever changes, existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

ScheduleSynQ generates schedule comparison reports from visual analysis of uploaded schedules. It does not interpret contract obligations, confirm project status, or make scheduling determinations. All comparisons should be verified against official project records before any action is taken. Users remain fully responsible for any decisions made based on this report.
